We recommend booking at least 3 months ahead, particularly for the December–March peak season. That said, we have handled exceptional trips planned in just a few weeks. Contact us and we'll let you know honestly what's achievable.
All beSrilankan journeys are completely private — your own vehicle, driver, and guide. We do not operate group tours. Every itinerary is designed specifically for you.
Sri Lanka has two monsoon seasons, so the 'best time' depends on where you want to go. The west and south coasts shine from December to March. The east coast is perfect from May to September. The Cultural Triangle and Hill Country are beautiful almost year-round. We'll help you time your journey perfectly. You can also explore our Sri Lanka Travel Experiences to see seasonal highlights.
All packages include accommodation, private transport, English-speaking guides where specified, and 24/7 specialist support. International flights are not included but we can recommend trusted partners. A full inclusion list is provided with every bespoke quote for our Sri Lanka Luxury Packages.
Most nationalities obtain an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) online before travel. We provide full guidance and, where needed, can connect you with a visa service. We do not process visas directly.
Absolutely. Sri Lankan cuisine is naturally accommodating of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Please share any requirements when enquiring and we'll ensure every stay and restaurant is briefed in advance.
